IrishTalents is my current product focus: a market-intelligence product for understanding companies in Ireland that sponsor work visas.

The work combines public data, careful immigration-language boundaries, search, AI enrichment and distribution into one product surface.

Use official permit data and public company signals as the raw material, keeping the product grounded in sources users can understand.

Structure company context

Normalize records around companies, locations, industries and sponsorship history so discovery becomes searchable instead of manual.

Pain

Candidates, recruiters and operators need clearer visibility into the Irish sponsorship landscape. Public information exists, but it is distributed across sources, hard to compare and easy to misunderstand without structured guidance.

Solution

IrishTalents turns public sponsorship data into searchable company intelligence, helping people explore patterns by company, location, industry and history without promising outcomes.

How I approached it

I treated the dataset as a product asset: clean the records, make discovery easier, add useful context and build feedback loops through search, content and analytics. Immigration-related products need clarity, not false certainty.

Operating lessons

  • Public data becomes useful only after it is structured around the user’s actual question.
  • AI can help with enrichment, but immigration-related language needs conservative boundaries.
  • Distribution is part of the product, not a separate marketing layer, when search demand already exists.

Next focus

  • Improve company intelligence and search quality.
  • Build clearer candidate workflows around discovery, tracking and education.
  • Develop partner/school surfaces without weakening the free user experience.

Boundary

IrishTalents is an educational data and market-intelligence product, not a guarantee of a visa, job offer or sponsorship outcome.
